Welcome to the Mississippi Cotton Pageant Website!
We are excited to have you visit our website. We are currently accepting delegates for the first ever "Miss MS Cotton Pageant". This will be an open online pageant. We currently host the AL & FL Cotton pageants which are live events. Please visit the website for both of those pageants at the links below!
Since there is no official State Pageant for your State, the first step in the selection process is to complete the application form which we will email or mail to you. (Please make sure a parent or gaurdian signs this form as well.) You will also have an Information form so we can learn a little about you. Some divisions will be required to do an essay on why they feel they would best represent their state as the MS Cotton Queen for their division. Mail both documents, together with a recent headshot or preferably email to us in JPG format. The entry fee is $50. The fees are non-refundable.
A panel of Judges will choose the At-Large winners for each age division. If you are chose to represent your state as the first ever MS Cotton Queen you will be allowed to take part with the AL & FL Cotton Queens at all scheduled events.
Upon selection, you will be notified and will receive your official State Crown and Banner. The competition will begin on March 1st, 2008 and the winners will be posted on Jan 1st 2009. All contestants will have their photos posted on the contestant webpage in our photo album.
The New MS Cotton Queens will each have their own webpage on this site once the New Queens are selected! Don't miss the opportunity to represent the state of MS as part of the first ever MS Cotton Royalty!
